Bich has 17 years of experience working for the A.P. Moller – Maersk group. She started her current role as Area Head of Customer Service and Experience for Thailand, Malaysia and Singapore in January 2019. Within Maersk, Bich has worked in several business functions and geographic locations. Her main responsibilities have included customer experience, trade & marketing, sales, supply chain management, operations and general management. Bich holds a bachelor’s degree in Information Technology from Vietnam and an MBA from Kellogg-HKUST program, Hong Kong. She is married and has two daughters. Bich is passionate about exploring and delivering the best customer experience in today’s fast changing technology growth and increasing customer demand.
