As a customer experience enthusiast, her focus and passionate lies in the areas of business transformation and building a customer centric culture. She has pioneered the development of customer centric strategies and their implementation in 3 different organizations.

She has extensive experience on leading Customer Experience functions in both local and regional set ups and has worked with some of the leading Financial Institutions such as Citibank, ABN AMRO, HSBC, Maybank and now the CIMB Group.
