5 Customer Experience Lessons From Disney's Frozen

An exclusive infographic by CX Network, which outlines what lessons customer experience leaders can learn from the popular film.

That there is a talented team behind Disney’s hugely successful Frozen franchise, that much is obvious. The movie is the highest grossest animated film ever and you can barely go into a shop without coming across a plethora of merchandise covered in imagery of Elsa, Anna, Olaf and the rest of the gang.

Despite the film being released in 2013, Frozen fever is bigger than ever thanks to a new short film reuniting the Arendelle characters, which is shown before the new live-action Cinderella movie. That is great marketing in its own right, after all, it’ll ensure that hordes of little Elsa-obsessed girls and Olaf-obsessed boys will drag their parents to the latest Disney flick – just to catch a glimpse of their favourite Frozen characters.

The excellent marketing of the franchise aside, what lessons can customer experience leaders take from the film’s core story? Check out our infographic below to find out (click ‘download’ for the full infographic).
