Pegasystems has been cited as the leader in real-time interaction management after receiving the top scores in the strategy and current offering categories in a recent Forrester Wave™ report.

Customer relationship management

The report evaluates 12 vendors against 33 criteria to show how each provider measures up and provides insight to help B2C marketing professionals select the right provider for their needs.

Pega received the highest scores possible in nine top-level criteria including customer recognition, contextual understanding, decision arbitration and measurement and optimization. This placed Pega ahead of other market leaders including the likes of Adobe, IBM and SAS.

Forrester recognized Pegasystems as a leader in its debut RTIM evaluation back in 2015, and the software company has proven that it continues be a dominant player.
