CX Network launches 20 CX Leaders to Watch

CX Network is calling all industry innovators, trailblazers and changemakers to share their CX success stories for the inaugural CX Network power list: 20 CX Leaders to Watch 2022.

Due to be published in August the 20 CX Leaders to Watch 2022 will profile leading CX professionals from around the world who have brought an innovative and visionary approach to the challenges of their role over the last 12 months.

Ben Watts, managing editor, CX Network said: “With digitalization, distributed teams and the Covid-19 pandemic, CX professionals around the world have faced unimaginable challenges over the last 12 months – however brands and businesses have survived because the customer experience was safeguarded and prioritised.

“The work that CX members have initiated and led on has made a difference to thousands of businesses around the world, allowing many to thrive in the face of some of the most difficult business conditions in living memory. Our inaugural CX Network power list is our chance to showcase the outstanding achievements of our members and inspire those members who are at an earlier stage in their careers,” Watts added.

Nominees must complete all questions in the survey, sharing details of one challenge they have experienced and led a team to overcome. The submission must be supported with base and growth figures and details of the team, achievements, and project duration. Nominations can be submitted by the nominee or on their behalf.
