How to Put Your Customers at the Heart of All Your Internal Processes
Stephen Hewett, author of 'The Customer-Centric You', 'People Centricity' and 'Customers Are The Agenda', started his career as a commercial pilot before spending 15 years working for John Lewis, all the way from shop floor activity through to a fairly senior position running their customer information systems and ecommerce projects. In 2000, Stephen worked for a City-based consultancy called Charteris, where he began to develop a practice within that organisation around the customer.
