Nadia has more than 20 years of experience in the industry, starting her career in contact centers as an agent, and then progressing into workforce planning as a workforce management practitioner for Insurance Australia Group, American Express Business Travel, Virgin Mobile and Helloworld. Nadia brings a wealth of experience to her role and she also has extensive vendor experience, having worked for various vendors as a workforce management trainer and consultant, technical support and now as workforce management product owner. Employee engagement and performance are key focus areas for Nadia who enjoys partnering with organizations to discover the different ways technology can be leveraged to improve the working lives of their employees.
