Joining TIAA in 2016, Lisa Weil ensures that all retirement plan participants can transact seamlessly and use TIAA's online advice and wealth management solutions to improve their financial outcomes. Reporting to the Chief Digital Officer, she directly influences all of TIAA's digital channels -including web, mobile, social and telephony - to provide an industry-leading experience.
With more than 25 years of leadership in the financial services, outsourcing and technology industries, Ms. Weil is a distinguished business leader and innovator with an outstanding record of delivering solutions that customers value. She has an extensive record
in product management and marketing, user experience design, product launches and transformation efforts.
Before joining TIAA, Ms.Weil was Vice President and General Manager at Process Unity,a privately-held risk management software company.Prior to that,she was a principal consultant for her own firm and managed affiliations with key partners, including Deloitte, North Highland and Bridgepoint. She led several consulting engagements for leading asset managers and retirement providers focused on organization and service transformations.
Previously, Ms. Weil served in several roles during a twelve-year tenure at Fidelity, culminating in the position of Senior Vice President, Planning & Advice Solutions. At Fidelity, she launched Fidelity Retirement Income Evaluator, an industry-leading income planning solution. She also started the first transformation client council, launched a new plan sponsor website and established the industry's first wireless 401k account access.
Ms.Weil started her career in the software industry, where for nearly ten years she held technical consulting and product roles.She has a bachelor's degree in computer science from Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts and has held FINRA series 6, 63 and 26 registrations.
