Jonas Ng currently serves as Sr. Director, Business & Tech Optimization for Real Estate Capital/Institutional Banking, KeyBank. Prior to this he was COO for Laurel Road, leading operational excellence in customer acquisition, onboarding, credit/underwriting, risk management, quality control, and sales/servicing. Prior to his current role, Jonas served as Head of Digital for Commercial Banking & Enterprise Payments for KeyBank. He also ran the Financial Wellness Product Team and served as Financial Wellness Strategy leader who brought Financial Wellness to market for KeyBank’s Consumer Bank, from digital product and retail transformation strategies to financial insights and digital personalization. Throughout his tenure, he has served as a CMO, Chief Product Officer, and Chief Digital Officer for various financial institutions and start-ups, and has had various leadership roles in Finance, Operations, Strategy, Business Development, Mergers & Acquisitions, Application Development, and Innovation. Currently, Jonas serves on the board of Minds Matter Cleveland, serves as a CollegeNow mentor, and has served on the Board of Directors for Junior Achievement of Central OH. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Georgetown University and lives with his family outside Cleveland, OH.
