Lawrence Hodgson

As the Sr. Principal Business Consultant at Genesys, Lawrence has over 20 years’ experience in customer care, with over ten years in Strategic Business Consulting. He works with clients to understand business challenges in the contact center (both operationally and with sales & marketing) and delivers actionable recommendations. In addition to his broad experience in consulting, Lawrence has a strong background in strategic planning, professional services, and product development.

Lawrence earned his PhD and MASc from the University of Waterloo and his BSc from The University of Calgary.
