Faizal Chaudhury is currently Vice President of Customer Centricity at Salliemae where he is responsible for leading the organization wide initiative to improve customer experience, loyalty and advocacy that are the hallmarks of a customer-centric environment. Faizal has over 24 years of experience in building high-energy, strategically aligned teams that partner closely with internal and external stakeholders to achieve cross-functional goals. Prior to joining Sallie Mae in late 2013, he held leadership positions at TD Bank and Bank of America. Faizal is also an Adjunct Professor of Accounting at University of Delaware where he occasionally teaches graduate/undergraduate level class on Internal Auditing. Faizal has a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) in Economics and Strategic Management from the University of Chicago, Booth School of Business, and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Economics and Accounting from Illinois Wesleyan University. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA). Faizal is also a graduate of the American Bankers Association’s Stonier Graduate School of Banking.
