Vicki has held multiple leadership roles across various countries for the Flight Centre Travel Group over the last 15 years. While originally from New Zealand, she has called Singapore home for the past five years. As Vice President of Customer Success for FCM Travel in Asia, Vicki oversees the strategy and leadership of various teams across the region including Implementation, Account Management and Operational Service. Passionate about developing innovative solutions and delivering exceptional service, Vicki works with cross functional departments aligned to Customer Success and sits as part of the Global Operations Leadership group to drive consistency in service capabilities through deployment of talent and technology solutions. Vicki empowers and instils a high level of pride in her teams, and enjoys working with clients to align their strategic goals and plans to build collaborative, successful long-term partnerships with FCM.
