Theng Kai is the Executive Director and Head of OCBC Bank’s Card Usage, Loyalty and Ecosystem Strategic Partnerships. In this role he is responsible developing and executing the bank’s payment usage, loyalty and rewards strategies through collaborating with strategic partners and merchants. Prior to this position, Theng Kai headed up various Cards and Unsecured Lending businesses in Singapore and Malaysia. Theng Kai joined OCBC Bank as Head, Cash Management in 2006 before moving into consumer banking in 2010. Before joining OCBC Bank, Theng Kai has various roles in Corporate Finance and Treasury in Citibank and commercial MNCs with assignments in Singapore, Hong Kong, Amsterdam and Belgium.
