Sudhir Agarwal is the Chief Executive Officer of Everise, an award-winning US$250m Singapore-based experience company who powers transformation for Fortune 500 companies and the world’s most loved Unicorns.

As a firm believer in technology and its disruptive yet beneficial effects, Sudhir partnered Everise with Microsoft in 2018 to develop an Artificial Intelligence (AI) platform to disrupt the Contact Center and Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) industry. In addition, he led the Company to a Joint Venture with UBASE, Korea’s largest BPO to form Globee, a multilingual centre in Malaysia that is powered by native language speakers. Globee is a Global Business Services Center providing omnichannel customer service solutions that targets voice, video and text interactions in multiple languages, delivering an unprecedented intelligent, customer-centric experience by leveraging the power of AI.

Sudhir also managed the acquisition of Malaysia-based start-up, Hyperlab, Southeast Asia's leading Conversational Artificial Intelligence (AI) company, allowing Everise to create a digital workforce to complement and empower customer service teams globally. Most recently, Sudhir executed the acquisition of Trusource Labs, an innovative Silicon Valley company which specialises in Internet of Things (IoT) help desk experiences for Apple Users.

Prior to Everise, Sudhir founded Singapore-based BPO company Sunrise and was also a founding member of Aegis, one of the largest BPO companies in India. Growing the company from its humble beginnings with a mere five-employee operation, Sudhir scaled Aegis across India, Sri Lanka, South Africa, Europe, the Middle East and Asia. Before founding Aegis, Sudhir joined global professional services firm Genpact in 1999, where he held multiple leadership roles spanning across operations and transition management. He also spearheaded the company’s successful foray into Hungary and China.

As an impactful orator and thought leader in the industry, Sudhir has been regularly invited to speak at various prestigious forums across the world, including the Wharton India Economic Forum at Philadelphia, the Aspect BPO CXO Xchange roundtable in Hong Kong and Silicon India Leadership Summit in New Delhi. Sudhir has a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce from Delhi University and a Master of Business Administration from Manchester Business School, UK.
