VP Customer Satisfaction & Quality Schneider Electric - IT and Secure Power Division

Selena Nimerick is VP, Customer Satisfaction and Quality for the Secure Power Division of Schneider Electric. Selena is responsible for the quality of the entire product lifecycle and all activities that support a satisfied customer experience. Selena brings with her 20 years of supply chain, procurement, customer care and quality experience across the semiconductor, shipping and IT industries. She first joined Schneider Electric in 2006 via the acquisition of APC.

Selena has a broad range of experience in IT across the globe, focusing right now on product design and performance in field, customer care, continuous improvement and data analytics. Selena relocated from the United States to Singapore in 2010, where she currently resides with her husband, daughter and Corgi, Meghan Barkle.
