He successfully lead the CX Launchpad which was recognized by Fast Company magazine as one of the ‘World Changing Ideas’ in impact sector. He also leads the Digital Experience Accelerator program which supports management teams in building differentiated customer experience and innovative digital services for low income consumers. Raghu is an innovation leader and senior expert with more than 30 years of experience in design thinking, digital products and customer experience across financial services, healthcare and FMCG in Asia, Africa and Europe.
