As the Head of Digital Sales and Marketing at Citibank Singapore, Mylene Ong is responsible for the development and acceleration of the Consumer Banking marketing strategy. She oversees all aspects of marketing, including digital marketing, digital sales, lifecycle marketing, brand communications, content strategy and customer research.

As a member of Citi Singapore’s senior management team, Mylene is focused on driving the bank’s vision of ‘Win in Wealth’ in Asia. Her priority is to create marketing programs that build brand affinity, deliver revenue growth, deepen client engagement, and foster long-term loyalty by reinforcing the holistic wealth offering proposition that Citi brings to clients as their trusted wealth partner.

Previously, Mylene was Director of Communications at Mastercard, leading the corporate communications function across the Southeast Asia region. Mylene was responsible for the development of the communications strategy to effectively position Mastercard as a technology company in the payments industry. Prior to joining Mastercard, Mylene spent 20 years in advertising leading brand strategy for global and local brands, working in Singapore, New York, Shanghai, and Auckland.
