Vice President of Customer Service YTL Communications

Leong Chee Sung is the Head of Customer Care for YTL Communications.

He has 25 years of experience in the business of telecommunications, marketing communications, education publications and information technology. He joined YTL Communications in 2007 and held various position within the company – COO for YTL Digital and Head of Sales for YTL Communications. He is responsible for the end-to-end customer facing touchpoints from sales distribution, channel development and management, retail stores and customer service. He pioneered one of the 1st cloud-based telco contact centre in Malaysia. Chee Sung holds a MBA in Management and Technology from Maastricht School of Management, Netherlands.
