the Regional Lead for Customer Operations and Trust, Kavan is responsible for
overseeing customer operations of Shopee across the region - ensuring that
Shopee users enjoy a seamless and secure shopping experience. Kavan carries
with him over 10 years of experience in strategy and operations management.
Prior to joining Shopee, he held roles at both Dell and The Boston Consulting
Kavan holds a Masters of Business Administration in Marketing from Northwestern University – Kellogg School of Management, and a Bachelor of Science (1st Class Honours) from the University of Nottingham.
