How CDIO of the Ministry of Justice Enabled Justice System

Arif Harbott, Chief Digital and Information Officer at the UK Ministry of Justice, spoke at Digital Transformation+ about the unique digital journey they’re on and the importance of understanding what the user wants to truly be able to deliver an exceptional service.

While they don’t create a service that is for everyone (they have different objectives from businesses in that regards), they do put the user at the heart of their transformation by not doing their research from ivory towers but going out in the field instead.
