Ms Ng Hui Teng joined NTUC Link in July 2017 and now leads its Strategy, Marketing and Analytics functions. In her incumbent role, she helps to formulate the company's strategic intent and drive marketing and analytics competencies to have a more complete view of the customer. This yields valuable insights that enable the business to deepen its relationships with customers. Ms Ng has amassed more than a decade of experience across the public, people, and private sectors. Her experience spans across innovation & strategy, business development, market research, and even a stint as an entrepreneur for her social impact start-up. Prior to joining Link, she was leading international development for fintech at the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS). At MAS, she was part of the pioneering team that placed Singapore on the map for financial technologies through the development of a strong global ecosystem of financial institutions, fintech companies, and investors. Ms Ng holds a Bachelor of Social Sciences (Second Upper Class Honours) in Economics from the National University of Singapore.
