Chris Hansen

Chris Hansen is Director of User Experience & Web Development with TGI Fridays. He oversees their digital experience, which includes site and app development, build-out, and testing & optimization. His mission is to deliver an innovative end-to-end frictionless guest user experience. Prior to TGI Fridays, Chris spent 18 years in the telecommunication and retail industries leading UX positions, focused on digital design, performance analytics, strategy & implementation, to drive consumer engagement and conversion. Chris is pursuing his Master of Professional Studies in New Media & Internet Marketing.
