What is CEM Disrupt?

CEM Disrupt is a customer experience training event, which will look at how CX leaders can redefine their customer and operating strategy to handle all future waves of disruption.

What is a Hybrid event?

A hybrid event allows attendees to attend the conference either in-person or virtually. All attendees are still able to access all the content and sessions irrespective of their choice. The event will run live at a conference venue facility, in-line with all covid-safe protocols and will also run via Online event platform for virtual attendees. One ticket, same content, you pick your preferred format of your choice

How will my delegate experience work if I decide to attend Virtually?

All virtual attendees will receive a link to access the online event platform. This is where all the content will be viewable live and on-demand, in case you missed or want to re-watch any sessions! You’ll receive separate links to join interactive brainweave sessions and discussion groups. These will all run via the OnAir platform. Virtual and In-Person attendees will have access to the CEM Disrupt Web and Mobile App to enable you to interact with all attendees, ask questions to speakers as well as participate in event polls and competitions!

How will my delegate experience work if I decide to attend In-person?

In-person attendees will go to the event venue and be greeted by CEM Disrupt staff at our registration desk where you will briefed on the Covid-Safe protocols and provided with your delegate badge. From there we will be hosting the sessions in the main conference room and facilitating Covid-safe networking with your fellow attendees. You will also have access to the CEM Disrupt Mobile App to enable you to interact with all attendees, ask questions to speakers as well as participate in event polls and competitions!

Can I attend virtually one day and in-person another day?

Yes, you can. Simply let us know in advance and we’ll make sure you’re given all the links to access the event virtually should you not be able to attend in-person for one or more days. This will not have any impact to your registration as the ticket price is the same for Virtual and In-person attendance.

Is CEM Disrupt COVID-Safe?

Yes it is. We are working very closely with our venue partner to ensure all protocols and measures are followed onsite. Please see our covid-safe guide here (attach link). You’ll also receive an information pack upon payment that will explain the covid-safe protocols from the venue.

How do I download the CEM WEB App?

Once registered we’ll be sending you full access and login details to the app so you can start networking with other attendees a few weeks before the event

How can I pay?

Download our registration form and input your company details and credit card. We accept all forms of card payments.


When will I receive my conference materials and links?

You can download the event agenda here (hyperlink). Upon registration and payment you will also receive your full attendee information guide, which will include full details on the venue and when you will receive all your virtual links in the lead up to the event.
