Grace has been spearheading the Customer Advocacy team in Razer since 2021. She has over 10 years of experience in customer service, advocacy, retention and care under her belt and has a history of leading her teams to delivering the best-in-class experiences for the consumers.
A trailblazer in Razer, Grace has successfully implemented multiple changes within the team and organization, and changed the way that customer advocacy is perceived. Her accolades includes: Implementation of a new contact center to meet the needs of Razer and the community Improved public perception through process improvements leading to increased positive feedback in Social Media channels Implemented a CX transformation to ensure that gamers have working gears to continue gaming. This was done through precise troubleshooting steps and a shortened repair turnaround time from 5 to 3 business days.
Prior to her role in Razer, Grace worked at organizations such as Singapore Post, Electrolux, Oracle and BlackBerry. She graduated with a Bachelor in Information Technology (Distinction) from the Queensland University of Technology.
