Matt Prainito is a seasoned aviation leader with a distinguished career at Alaska Airlines, where he began as a frontline customer service agent in 1997. Over the years, he has leveraged his deep institutional knowledge to take on roles of increasing responsibility, consistently advancing customer service standards while fostering strong engagement with frontline teams. Most recently, Matt has led the Flight Attendant groups at both Horizon Air and Alaska Airlines, demonstrating a commitment to operational excellence and employee development. Matt has also been heavily involved in the Hawaiian Airlines acquisition over the past 2 years and currently serves as Managing Director of Airport Operations for the Midwest region, where he also oversees the airline's regional partnership with SkyWest.
