Senior User Experience Researcher Anthro-Tech

Olive Minor is an applied anthropologist and Senior User Experience Researcher at Anthro-Tech, specializing in uncovering the needs, behaviors, and experiences of the people organizations serve.

With a PhD in Anthropology and Master of Public Health from Northwestern University, she brings more than a decade of research experience across healthcare, humanitarian response, and technology.

At Anthro-Tech, she works closely with clients, including Fred Hutch Cancer Center and the Washington Health Benefit Exchange, to conduct research that informs better products, services, and experiences. She excels at translating complex insights into recommendations that improve access, strengthen trust, and support human-centered solutions.
