James Driscoll earned his Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Organizational Management from Capella University, building upon a strong foundation in healthcare leadership established through a Master of Health Services Administration from Central Michigan University. His academic background combines expertise in organizational leadership, strategic management, and healthcare administration, equipping him to lead complex initiatives that improve organizational performance, patient experience, and employee engagement.
