Aidan Rawlings is a Forward Deployed Product Manager at Lorikeet, which builds AI customer concierges for complex, regulated industries like healthcare and financial services. He works directly with subscribers, including XP Health, to design, launch and improve the AI agents that handle their members' and customers' support conversations. He turns how a team actually works into workflows that resolve issues end to end and hand off to people when they should. Before Lorikeet, Aidan was a consultant at Bain & Company, where he worked on strategy, operational transformation and private equity due diligence for global clients. Earlier he spent several years in financial services at NAB, one of Australia's largest banks, most recently as Associate Director of Acquisition Management. He holds an MBA from INSEAD and degrees in Engineering and Commerce from Monash University, and is based in New York.
