President, Asia Pacific and leads Appian’s Asia Pacific operations, responsible
for customer success throughout the region.
Karen joined Appian in 2011 to open the Asia Pacific practice and has expanded
the client base across a range of industries.
She is passionate about the benefits that business process management
brings to organisations and has 15 years of senior management experience at
Pegasystems and Lombardi (now IBM).
Karen has extensive knowledge of client implementations, having managed
both pre and post-sale consulting teams.
