A digital take on CX Asia Week that will provide the same insights and learning as the live event. Hear from the most innovative brands in the world, and discover the latest CX technology. 

Extending the conference to 5 days rather than the usual 2, from 21-25 September 2020, we are encouraging our audience to not only learn, but to join in the interaction and exchange experiences, frustrations, and ideas.
