She has excellent problem-solving skills, masterful team-building skills, outstanding brainstorming capabilities, and is a motivating and inspirational public speaker.

Kim designs “People Solutions” programs ranging from seamless on-boarding of talent, to management and leadership development, to culture and service training, and coaching for long-term, high impact results. She also specializes in working with leaders to manage the generation gap that many workforces are at the same time both challenged and blessed with.

Kim herself is a “Gen X’er” with the ability to bridge that generation gap through her high-energy, hip-yet-sophisticated, relational and humor-filled story-telling style. As an executive herself, she also has an intimate understanding of the difficulty maintaining balance between personal and professional life. She strives to educate executive management on how to maintain harmony between their physical and spiritual well-being and their professional lives.

Kim enjoys serving in her community and has worked extensively with Cobb Street Ministries, http://www.cobbstreetministries.com/, an organization that primarily shelters women escaping abusive relationships, and often their children as well, while helping them find work and permanent housing.  She is also long-time supporter of Out-of-Darkness, a program run by the Atlanta Dream Center, https://atldreamcenter.com/ .  As a family, Kim, her husband Brian, and their two daughters enjoy supporting Blue Skies Ministries, http://www.blueskiesministries.org/ by serving as a host family to families whose children are living through the challenges of Pediatric Cancer.

Kim graduated from University of Central Florida with a degree in Communications. She was further educated at the Tomas Leonard Schools of Coaching, one of the top coaching schools in the United States.  Kim has also been certified in Steinbrecher and Associates, Inc.’s ROI coaching process, and in Mindful Alignment.
