Alex Destino serves as Sr Director, Digital Analytics & Optimization at GSK overseeing customer experience intelligence, data engineering, and experimentation as part of the Customer Experience and Digital Innovation team. Alex has over 17+ years of experience leading successful digital analytics and optimization practices with a focus on driving results and data-driven decision-making. As an analytics practitioner, Alex has built and led teams that specialize in digital value optimization, customer journey analysis, multi-variate testing, lead generation, content personalization, and marketing attribution modeling. He previously served as an intrapreneur within high-performing, customer-centric organizations at leading Fortune 100 brands including Humana, Fidelity, USAA, TIAA, and UPS. Alex earned his Industrial Engineering degree from Georgia Tech and an MBA from Georgia State University. In his free time, Alex enjoys playing team sports and spending time with his family in boy scouts, competitive soccer, martial arts, and fishing. He is happily married to wife Kim who together are raising two active boys.
