Claire joined Travelodge in 2016 as Central Operations Director and led the transformation plan for hotel operations, as well as the delivery of the corporate productivity targets. Claire also contributed significantly to the company’s COVID-19 response plan and execution. Claire was then promoted to the role of Chief Operating Officer in January 2021.
Prior to joining Travelodge, Claire’s experience spanned over 20 years which included executing customer and commercial transformation programmes such as at HAL (Heathrow Airport Limited) with the opening of Heathrow’s new Terminal 2, and as Customer Experience Director for the mobile operator Everything Everywhere.
Travelodge is automating numerous aspects of its operations including the implementation of robotic vacuums and streamlining self check-in processes to improve operational efficiency and customer experience.
