Over
the past 25 years Jonathan has been involved in the establishment and
development of customer service, sales and shared service operations within a
number of industries including Financial Services, Insurance and
Retail. Across these diverse sectors and industries, he has a track record
of leading change and creating a culture that delivers high performance.
This has involved establishing the centralised service and sales operations
for Specsavers and leading transformational change as Director of Operations
at both Axa Insurance, RAC and Barbon Insurance. His
strong leadership and people development skills have led to delivering
organisational success including leading 3 organisations to be recognised as
being a Top 50 Customer Service Centre in the UK. He has led significant
change programmes including the implementation of new technologies including
CRM solutions, Interaction Analytics, telephony, AI and Robotics. |
