Jamie Hall is the Co-Founder and CTO of Lorikeet, a platform that helps healthcare, financial services and other businesses with complex support needs build a universal concierge for their customers. Under his leadership, Lorikeet has become the best AI partner for companies that need automation they can actually trust, helping them safely scale customer operations and resolve complex, sensitive issues like dosage adjustments, medication order status and insurance claims while maintaining clinical safety. Before founding Lorikeet, Jamie was a research tech lead at Google Brain and was part of the core LLM research teams that developed Meena, LaMDA, and Bard (now Gemini). Before Google, he was a data scientist / software engineer at Kaggle and an Economist at the Reserve Bank of Australia. Jamie combines a rare blend of technical excellence, pragmatism, and desire to build products that starts from the customer and delivers exceptional customer experience. He holds a Ph.D. in Economics from The University of New South Wales.
