Alex is the Strategic Alliance Healthcare Director at PolyAI, partnering with organizations to leverage voice AI for better patient experience and operational effi ciency. Previously, she was VP at 24Haymarket, leading healthcare and life sciences investments, and earlier worked in direct-to-consumer growth and as a management consultant at Accenture. Alex holds a Biochemical Engineering degree from Queen’s University and an MBA from London Business School. She serves on two health company boards and advises organizations improving access to care.
