Rowena is part of the Global Technology Leadership team, bridging business needs with tech solutions. With Johnson & Johnson since 2016, Rowena has played vital roles in Pharmaceuticals Asia Pacific. She's a technology advocate, contributing to leadership teams and advancing digital platforms in Asia Pacific.

Before Johnson & Johnson, Rowena served as Global CIO at Cargill, Inc., with roles in the Agricultural Trading & Processing Enterprise and Asia Pacific Region. She has a strong background in building IT teams and strategies, fostering growth and managing transformations.

A native of Singapore, Rowena holds a Bachelor of Engineering Honors Degree from the National University of Singapore. She's committed to sustainable corporate practices and serves on the NCWIT board. Rowena supports diversity and inclusion initiatives and enjoys music, reading, running, and otter-spotting in her free time.
