Joseph is the Head of Customer Service at PRISM+, and one of the brand’s brightest young leaders. Joseph has led the team from its early days in 2019, having navigated the brand through multiple milestones such as its stellar handling of the unprecedented surge in demand caused by COVID-19. Under his leadership, the PRISM+ customer service team has grown more than double its size, and boasts over 70 local and offshore employees.

His efforts have seen his team secure the Best Customer Service Award by a Consumer Electronics Brand (Online) in 2022/23, by The Straits Times and Statista. Joseph is a strong advocate in employing technology with a human touch to enhance the customer experience, a belief that he puts into practice through the brand’s 24/7 omnichannel customer service approach
