Aurelie Pillot began her career in an investment bank before switching over to the workplace design industry. Actively involved in M Moser’s strategic growth across industries and regions, she specializes in clients seeking a business transformation and a change of workplace culture through design.

She firmly believes that the power of design stretches far beyond aesthetics to support an organization’s business objectives, including talent attraction and retention. As a strong workplace activist, Aurelie also advocates M Moser’s dynamic, flexible, driven, and knowledge-hungry culture internally to empower future leaders and support our next generation of global talent.

She is currently the Vice Chair of the Future of Work Committee at the American Chamber of Commerce in Hong Kong, and volunteers actively for CoreNet Global, which voted her Young Leader of the Year in 2018. Aurelie is originally from France and was raised in Taiwan, Vietnam, Indonesia and Mainland China. She has a bachelor’s degree from McGill University and a Double Masters from Peking University and the London School of Economics. She speaks French, English and Mandarin Chinese.
