Marc-Antoine has been involved in many customer experience tech platforms and has a solid background in marketing technology. He started his career in France in 2008 in the SaaS CRM industry, which was highly innovative then. Thereafter, he progressed into larger enterprise customers throughout his experience with IBM, IFS and Oracle.

He has been in CleverTap since 2020, enabling companies to improve their customer engagement rates and to grow with retention. Marc-Antoine is also highly knowledgeable in the fields of accelerating personalized in-app experiences via omni-channel engagement methods.
