Lyndsey is an experienced leader who has had the privilege of designing and shaping customer experiences across 2 of the UK best financial services brands (in 22 years in Financial services). Lyndsey is a strong and passionate leader of people, having led teams across the UK and Asia, she thrives on leading large and diverse teams who make great experiences happen.
Lyndsey has been with Monzo bank as VP Operations for 3.5 years and has the pleasure of leading their Customer Operations team who proudly claim number 1 spot for customer satisfaction in the UK for a banking product.
Lyndsey takes a real interest in creating experiences customers love, whether it’s through automation, amazing products or human centred experiences. She is experienced at rapid growth, across multi product lines, creating operating models that scale with the pace and change of the business.
On the weekend, you can find Lyndsey outside in the fresh air with her horse, two dogs and her husband. She loves hiking, running and being as active as possible.
