Patricia oversees Revenue Management, Sales, Regional Marketing & eCommerce, Brand Marketing Loyalty and Partnerships for 500 hotels in EMEA and she leads a commercial services team of more than 400 people.

A true hotelier at heart, Patricia’s career in hospitality started more than 30 years ago as a management graduate. She joined Hilton as the revenue manager for Hilton London Heathrow Airport and has transitioned through various positions and corporate roles, one of which led to her achieving the title of Global Revenue Director of the Year in 2010.

Throughout her 18 year career with Hilton, Patricia has continued to challenge and inspire her teams. In 2018 alone, Hilton opened more than one hotel a week in the EMEA region. A passionate developer of talent and a strong advocate for women in leadership, Patricia also chairs Hilton’s EMEA Women’s Team Member Resource Group, which provides a discussion forum to connect female Team Members and promote diversity across the region.
