Nienke Bloem is one of the world's leading voices on Customer Experience Leadership. Known as "the CX speaker in the blue dress," she brings 15 years of CX expertise to every stage she stands on, combining sharp strategic insight with warmth, humour and the kind of directness that actually makes things happen.
She holds both the CCXP and the CSP, making her one of a very small group globally to carry both certifications. After leading the CX team at KPN and moving their NPS from -14 to +2, she built a multi-brand CX business from the ground up.
