Kinnari is currently the Chief Data Officer at Travelodge Group, one of the UK's largest budget hotel brands, with 625 hotels across the UK, Ireland and Spain.

She brings over 20 years' experience working with boards and executive teams to use data, analytics and AI as strategic levers for growth, operational performance and better customer outcomes across sectors including travel, telecoms, retail and automotive.

Her focus is on enabling confident, evidence-led decision making through clear data strategy, strong governance and risk frameworks, and operating models that translate data and AI investment into measurable business value.

She is also a regular board-level advisor and keynote speaker on digital transformation, responsible AI and modern leadership, with a strong interest in inclusive leadership and long-term value creation.
