With over 15 years of experience in brand management, marketing strategy, and customer experience within the luxury hospitality sector, Julian has consistently demonstrated his ability to drive brand innovation while preserving the core values that deeply resonate with loyal customers. At Mövenpick, Julian is a key figure in balancing the brand’s rich heritage with the evolving needs of the modern traveler. His strategic vision and creative approach have been instrumental in revitalizing Mövenpick’s brand image, ensuring a globally consistent experience that remains true to the brand’s roots and its enduring commitment to quality.
Before joining the Accor Group, Julian co-founded The Skill Shop with his wife, a consultancy specializing in sales and customer experience. Earlier in his career, he held several senior roles with Shangri-La Group, where he successfully led initiatives in brand repositioning, hotel operations, and guest experience enhancement. His passion for storytelling, combined with a deep understanding of market dynamics, enables him to craft brand experiences that are both innovative and authentic.
