His leadership experience includes co-founding two start-up companies and holding leadership positions at a $2B global customer experience leader and a publicly traded mid-market leader.

John has a passion for customer engagement and how the adaptation of business modernization complements traditional global CX strategies. This passion stems from his 15+ years of CX experience and academic research on employee engagement while studying and eventually graduating from Creighton University with his MBA.
