Eva Krueger is the Head of Customer Experience and Insights at SBB (Swiss Federal Railways). Together with her co-leader and her team they initiate, enable and support projects of the 32,000 employees to optimize Customer Experience and Customer Satisfaction. SBB is Switzerland’s largest transport enterprise, transporting over 1,25 million passengers to their destination every day. In her previous position she built up the User Experience Team at SBB IT. Before Eva joined SBB in 2013, she worked in the academic field. She completed her PhD in Psychology and did her post-doc research in the field of Human Factors and Usability.
