Ancel Gornall is the General Manager responsible for Customer Excellence at Jet2 & Jet2Holidays.
He worked in Financial Services for over 10 years supporting the mutual Building Society agenda by making the mortgage process easier for customers as Head of Direct Mortgages for YBS. Successfully increasing and improving channel options for customers whilst introducing technology to simplify the process resulted in year on year awards and best in class NPS scores.
Recently, he has taken the opportunity to move into Travel, where he is focussed on delivering desired customer outcomes through building an exceptional internal team member experience.
As an ex professional kiteboarder he physically resides in Yorkshire with his wife and two young daughters, whilst his heart remains in Cornwall and by the sea where he spends his spare time.
