Suzanne is a Loyalty specialist with a specific focus on Emotional Loyalty; using an ‘inside-out’ approach that seeks to understand subconscious customer drivers to shape unique loyalty initiatives that meet customer expectations in a post-COVID world. Suzanne has spent the majority of her career Agency-side, with 15 years’ experience in Brand Partnerships (Disney and Universal Pictures) and Retail Strategy (Argos and McDonald’s), but in the last 5 years she has gained Loyalty experience with the strategic development of loyalty programmes for Simply Be, Saga and Three Mobile. She now leads Customer Loyalty at New Look, and is currently shaping the strategy for a new loyalty programme that will connect the brand with customers at a deep, emotional level.
