Shannon Flanagan has been retailing since college. She’s sat in the seats of many which allows her to understand the multifaceted aspects of the industry. She’s been in stores, a buyer, a merchant, a consultant, a sales executive, a strategist. She’s been an executive with Gap Inc. Lands’ End, and Macy’s, defining and managing strategic initiatives, with expertise in omnichannel transformation. She’s also partnered with hyper-growth companies to Fortune 500 companies during her time with Accenture, Infor and Slalom. She’s now leading the Talkdesk Industry Team for Retail. She is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and how to develop an operating model to make happen. Retail is never boring and she loves it!
